Description
The Sage The Smart Scoop™ Ice Cream Maker is a premium, fully automatic ice cream and frozen dessert machine designed to deliver professional-quality frozen treats from the comfort of your home. Featuring a built-in self-refrigerating compressor, intelligent hardness detection technology, and 12 adjustable consistency settings, The Smart Scoop™ provides exceptional versatility for preparing ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and frozen yoghurt.
Powered by a 170–200-watt refrigeration and churning system, the appliance automatically chills, mixes, and freezes ingredients to achieve the selected consistency without requiring the mixing bowl to be pre-frozen.
Equipped with a 1-litre removable anodised aluminium bowl, The Smart Scoop™ offers convenient capacity for preparing fresh homemade desserts. Its advanced automatic hardness sensing technology monitors the mixture during preparation and adjusts the process according to the selected dessert type.
The innovative Pre-Cool Function reduces the temperature of the freezing chamber before ingredients are added, helping improve freezing efficiency and dessert texture. The integrated Keep Cool Function maintains the finished frozen dessert at the desired consistency for up to three hours, allowing users greater flexibility when serving.
The intuitive LCD display, automatic mix-in notification system, adjustable timer, and audible completion alerts provide convenient control throughout the preparation process.
Constructed with a premium brushed stainless steel housing and BPA-free components, The Smart Scoop™ combines durability, innovative refrigeration technology, and modern kitchen styling.
