The BIANCA Dual Boiler Coffee Machine is a premium prosumer espresso machine engineered to provide exceptional thermal stability, manual flow profiling and simultaneous espresso brewing and milk steaming. Designed for experienced home baristas, it combines independent stainless-steel boilers, the L58E brewing group and advanced electronic controls for precise extraction customisation.

The dual-boiler system includes an 800 ml AISI 316L stainless-steel coffee boiler and a 1.5-litre AISI 316L stainless-steel steam and hot-water boiler. Independent temperature control allows espresso extraction and milk texturing to take place simultaneously without compromising brewing temperature or steam performance.

The patented paddle system provides manual control of water flow through the coffee puck during extraction. By adjusting the paddle, users can control pre-infusion, pressure development and flow throughout the brewing process, making it possible to create customised extraction profiles for different coffee beans and roast levels.

The LELIT Control Center with high-resolution OLED display provides access to adjustable brewing and steam temperatures, programmable pre-infusion, Low Flow settings, Brew Temperature profiles and standby times. It also displays the extraction timer, partial and total dose counters, water-level alerts and machine operating status.

The BIANCA can operate from its repositionable 2.5-litre water tank or be connected directly to a mains water supply and drain. Available in Black, Polished Stainless Steel and White, it combines professional performance with premium wood details and refined Italian design.
