Description
The MARAX3 Heat-Exchanger Coffee Machine is a premium prosumer espresso machine engineered to provide advanced temperature stability, electronic flow control and powerful steam performance. Designed for home baristas seeking greater control over espresso extraction, it combines the L58E group, LELIT’s patented Dual Probe PID system and the new Pagaia flow-control system within a refined, compact design.
Pagaia is LELIT’s patented electronic flow-control system, allowing users to adjust water flow during extraction using an ergonomic wooden lever. This provides greater control over pre-infusion, pressure development and the overall extraction profile, enabling users to adapt each espresso to the coffee beans, roast level and preferred flavour profile.
Its 1.8-litre boiler incorporates an AISI 316L stainless-steel heat exchanger and an advanced Dual Probe PID system with thermosyphon circulation. This system maintains stable brewing temperatures, reduces overheating commonly associated with traditional heat-exchanger machines and supports consistent back-to-back espresso preparation.
The MARAX3 offers three selectable extraction-temperature settings—Warm, Hot and Extra Hot—together with Xmode Coffee and Xmode Steam. These operating modes allow users to prioritise either brewing-temperature stability or increased steam performance according to their preparation requirements.
The machine features a new silent pump, redesigned double pressure gauge and an anti-burn multidirectional steam wand with a three-hole nozzle for faster and more effective milk texturing. Available in Black, Brushed Stainless Steel and White, the MARAX3 combines professional extraction control with premium wood details and a distinctive new Italian design language.
