WMF Peak 50

The WMF Peak 50 is a professional fully automatic coffee machine designed to prepare up to 80 cups per day with consistent quality and minimal operator effort. Developed for offices, small hotels, convenience stores, waiting areas and self-service environments, it combines freshly ground coffee, automatic milk preparation and intuitive touchscreen operation in a compact footprint.

The machine features a two-boiler system that maintains stable coffee, hot-water and steam temperatures while supporting fast beverage preparation. Depending on the selected configuration, the WMF Peak 50 can be equipped with a 16 g or 24 g brewer and one or two quiet grinders, providing flexibility for different beverages, coffee blends and serving requirements.

Its Essential Foam milk system automatically prepares hot milk and consistent milk foam for cappuccinos, lattes and other milk-based beverages. An optional powder hopper can expand the menu to include chocolate and powder-based drinks, while the optional Coffee Versatile function supports filter-style coffee preparation.

A 7-inch colour touchscreen provides clear beverage selection and guided operation for staff-assisted and self-service environments. WMF Click+Clean simplifies daily maintenance, while the Clean in Place programme provides an automated weekly deep-cleaning process with on-screen guidance.
