Shipping & Delivery

Enjoy next-day delivery on placed before 3:00 PM within the following areas:


Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and Sharjah (within city limits).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed for Sage, Lelit, Baratza will take three working days once order is confirmed.

Western Region Deliveries

Delivery to the Western Region is available on a scheduled basis.

Coffee Capsules & Coffee Beans

For quality and hygiene reasons, coffee capsules and beans are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Machines & Accessories

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the original invoice.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please return it within 14 days along with the invoice. Depending on the issue, the item may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Perfetto Aftersales Center.

These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
