The dual-boiler system includes a 300 ml brass coffee boiler and a 600 ml AISI 316L stainless-steel steam and hot-water boiler. The independent boilers allow users to extract espresso and texture milk simultaneously without compromising coffee temperature or steam performance.

The LELIT Control Center with high-resolution OLED display enables users to adjust coffee, steam and hot-water temperatures, programme pre-infusion and brewing times, and manage the automatic purge, cleaning cycle and standby settings. The steam boiler can also be disabled when it is not required, helping reduce energy consumption.

The ELIZABETH features a backlit extraction pressure gauge and programmable pre-infusion to support consistent espresso preparation. Its three-way solenoid valve releases pressure after brewing and produces a drier coffee puck, while the commercial LELIT58 group provides improved temperature stability and compatibility with LELIT58 barista accessories.

The multidirectional anti-burn steam wand provides continuous steam for creating smooth microfoam suitable for cappuccinos, lattes and latte art. Finished in brushed stainless steel, the ELIZABETH combines advanced dual-boiler performance with refined Italian design, making it ideal for users seeking café-style espresso and milk beverages at home.
