This 1-Year Extended Warranty provides coverage for eligible internal component replacement and repair support for approved coffee machines and grinders serviced through Perfetto After Sales.

To qualify, the machine must be fully functional at the time of warranty purchase and may be subject to inspection by our technical team prior to activation.

Coverage Includes:

• Internal mechanical and electrical component replacement
• Repair support through Perfetto After Sales
• Genuine parts for eligible repairs
• Coverage valid for 1 year from date of purchase

Exclusions:

• Accessories and external components
• Cosmetic damage or accidental damage
• Logistics, pickup, delivery, or shipping charges
• Technician labour and standard repair time fees
• Regular maintenance, cleaning, and consumable items
• Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs
