Return & Refund Policy
At Perfetto AE, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy a smooth experience every time you order from our after-sales store.
If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
When Can I Return an Item?
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should include the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery — unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at orders@perfettoae.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a few photos of the item.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions to make the process easy.
Please note: returns sent without prior confirmation won’t be accepted — so be sure to contact us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us as soon as possible at orders@perfettoae.com.
Send us photos or a short description of the issue, and we’ll take care of it quickly whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some products can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:
- Custom or special-order parts
- Installed or used components
- Consumables like coffee, cleaning tablets, descaling solutions, or opened CO₂ cylinders
- Hazardous or flammable products
- Gift cards or clearance sale items
If you’re unsure about your specific item, just ask — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
Need a different product? The quickest way is to return your original item first, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the one you’d like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know right away if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or card provider might take a few extra days to reflect the refund in your account.
