Perfetto Extended Warranty Protection Plan
Protect your investment and enjoy complete peace of mind with the Perfetto Extended Warranty Protection Plan — designed to keep your coffee machine or grinder performing at its best beyond the standard manufacturer warranty period.
This 1-Year Extended Warranty provides continued repair support and eligible internal component replacement for approved coffee machines and grinders serviced through Perfetto After Sales.
To ensure eligibility, all machines must be fully functional at the time of purchase and may require inspection and approval by our technical support team prior to warranty activation.
Coverage Includes
- Internal mechanical and electrical component replacement
- Repair support through Perfetto After Sales
- Genuine replacement parts for eligible repairs
- 1 year of additional coverage from the date of purchase
Exclusions
The extended warranty does not cover:
- Accessories and external components
- Cosmetic or accidental damage
- Pickup, delivery, logistics, or shipping charges
- Technician labor and standard repair service fees
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, and consumable items
- Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
