Assisted & Automated EspressoMore help with dosing, tamping or milk preparation, depending on the model. Assistance varies by model. These espresso machines use a portafilter; “automated” does not mean one-touch bean-to-cup. A manual lever machine uses a lever to control extraction and is a different category.

A

As new

Little to no signs of wear. Restored, tested and cleaned, with no visible cosmetic damage.

All Grade A machines include a 12-month warranty.

B

Lightly used

Fully tested and serviced, with minor cosmetic blemishes such as small scratches or faded buttons.

All Grade B machines include a 6-month warranty.

C

Visible wear

Fully operational and restored internally, with more noticeable scratches, minor dents or worn labels.

All Grade C machines include a 3-month warranty.

Complete original accessories

Every pre-loved machine, across Grades A, B and C, comes with the complete original manufacturer accessory set supplied when that model is sold new.

Warranty and after-sales support

Our warranty policy applies across all pre-loved brands: Grade A machines include 12 months, Grade B machines include 6 months, and Grade C machines include 3 months. Contact our team for warranty support.

If your pre-loved machine is supplied without original packaging, ask our team how these conditions apply before buying.
